Instructions 

  • Chop and prepare all vegetables and herbs.
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped avocados, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, and parsley.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
