A classic and refreshing fruit salad with crunchy walnuts and a creamy dressing, perfect for a light snack or side dish.
Ingredients

diced apples (preferably Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
(Toss with lemon juice to prevent browning)

thinly sliced celery

seedless red grapes, halved

chopped walnuts

Greek yogurt

mayonnaise

lemon juice

honey
Seasoning

Instructions
Dice apples, slice celery, halve grapes, and chop walnuts. Toss with lemon juice.
Mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over fruit and nut mixture. Gently toss to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill and meld flavors.
Give the salad a final toss before serving. Garnish with extra walnuts if desired.
