Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 6 pieces Snack cucumbers (These smaller, firmer cucumbers are perfect for holding their shape.)
  • 3 pieces Spring onions (Finely sliced into rings.)

Sauces & Oils

  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce (The savory foundation.)
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar (For tangy zest.)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (Infuses nutty aroma.)
  • 1 tsp Honey (Balances sour and spicy.)
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes (Adds heat.)

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves Garlic (Finely minced.)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (Toasted lightly.)

Instructions 

  • Slice cucumbers and spring onions thinly.
  • Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, chili flakes, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  • Toss cucumbers and onions with the dressing until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
