A simple and delicious vinaigrette perfect for salads and marinades.

Ingredients

Dressing Ingredients

  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 45 ml red wine vinegar ((see note 1))
  • 15 ml dijon-style mustard
  • 15 ml honey
  • 5 g italian seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional optional additions ((see note 2))

Instructions 

  • Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake to emulsify.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve or store in fridge.

Notes

Shake well before using if stored in the fridge.
