This creamy and tangy vegetarian Caesar dressing is perfect for salads and packed with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 small cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice ((about 1 large lemon))
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Instructions 

  • In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, and black pepper (plus nutritional yeast if using).
  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more lemon juice or pepper if desired.
  • If too thick, add water 1 teaspoon at a time to thin.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt.
