Instructions
Layer lettuce, cherry tomatoes, black beans, red onions, and corn in 4 dishes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook ground turkey with fajita seasoning until nearly cooked, then add skillet sauce and finish cooking.
Serve salad with cooked turkey, then top with Avocado Ranch Dressing and tortilla strips.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
