Instructions
Blend all dressing ingredients until smooth; set aside.
Sauté onion and garlic in oil for 3-5 minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, then stir in spices and cook 1-2 minutes.
Pour in water and tomato sauce, simmer 5-7 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
Assemble bowls with cauliflower rice, lettuce, turkey, beans, corn, tomatoes, cheese, avocado, cilantro, salsa, and drizzle with dressing.
