A comforting casserole combining turkey, stuffing, and creamy soups, perfect for a quick holiday meal.

Ingredients

Canned Soups

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk

Main Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded or diced turkey ((such as leftover turkey from a previous meal))
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, (thawed and drained)

Leftover Stuffing

  • 6 cups leftover stuffing

Optional Garnish

  • chopped fresh parsley, thyme, sage, or other herbs (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  • Mix soups, milk, turkey, and vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Transfer mixture to dish, top with stuffing, and cover with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
  • Garnish with herbs and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of herbs before baking.
