A hearty and flavorful chili combining lean turkey and pumpkin for a comforting meal with a hint of spice.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot, cook peppers and onion until tender, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned, then stir in spices and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in pumpkin purée, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and diced tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken stock, add beans, bring to simmer, then cook on low for 1 hour.
Remove from heat and serve with desired toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh cilantro or a squeeze of lime.
