A quick and flavorful tuna salad perfect for a light lunch or snack, packed with fresh herbs and creamy mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Canned Tuna

  • 2 cans solid packed tuna (drained)
  • 1 piece avocado (diced)
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup red onion (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine tuna, avocado, mayonnaise, red onion, mustard, dill, and parsley in a bowl.
  • Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving.

Notes
