Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes (heirloom, cherry, or vine-ripened)
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (torn leaves)
  • to taste Salt (flaky sea salt preferred)
  • to taste Pepper (freshly cracked black pepper)

Instructions 

  • Wash and slice the tomatoes into wedges or halves.
  • Gently tear the burrata to reveal its creamy center.
  • Arrange the tomatoes on a plate and place burrata pieces among them.
  • Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and torn basil leaves before serving.
