A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad that combines a variety of delicious fruits with a sweet glaze.

Instructions
Mix glaze ingredients in a bowl: apricot preserves, sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Chop pineapple and add to the bowl.
Halve grapes and add to the bowl.
Hull and quarter strawberries, then add to the salad.
Peel and quarter kiwi, then add to the bowl.
Add remaining fruits, gently stir, and serve garnished with mint.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best flavor; store leftovers in the fridge.
