A refreshing and colorful fruit salad perfect for any occasion, combining sweet and tangy flavors with a zesty dressing.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 3 cups watermelon (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 cups red grapes
  • 4 pieces kiwi (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups pineapple (peeled, cored and chopped)
  • 2 cups strawberries (hulled and quartered)
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Prep and cut all fruit into uniform pieces.
  • Combine fruit in a large bowl.
  • Mix lime zest, lime juice, orange juice, honey, and vanilla to make dressing.
  • Pour dressing over fruit and toss gently.
  • Serve immediately or chill before serving.

Notes

Use fresh mint for garnish if desired.
