This Caesar salad is a delightful mix of fresh ingredients, crispy bacon, and savory chicken, all tossed in a homemade dressing.

1headromaine lettuce
1bunchgreen onion
½smallpurple onion
12oz.grape or cherry tomatoes
6stripscooked bacon(see my easy broiled bacon recipe)
4oz.fully cooked chicken strips
½cupfreshly grated parmesan or romano cheese
1cuphomemade caesar dressing
Instructions
Start by separating, rinsing, and patting dry the romaine lettuce leaves.
Cut the romaine lettuce and place it into a large bowl. Add halved grape tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced purple onion, chopped bacon, and chicken strips.
Add freshly grated parmesan or romano cheese to the salad.
Drizzle with homemade caesar dressing and toss the salad. Serve immediately!

Tip: Use the bacon oil to broil chicken strips for added flavor!
