A rich and creamy chicken pasta dish that's quick to prepare and full of flavor. Perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces chicken cutlets
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 piece onion (diced)
  • 8 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp flour slurry (flour mixed with water)
  • 1 handful fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 8 oz cooked Fusilli Pasta
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

Instructions 

  • Season chicken with spices, marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Sear chicken in butter until golden, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  • Add cream and flour slurry, simmer until thickened. Mix in spices and parsley.
  • Cook pasta separately, then combine with sauce. Add Parmesan and stir.
  • Slice chicken and serve over pasta, garnished with parsley and Parmesan.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional parsley and Parmesan before serving.
