Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried raisins
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion (soaked in cold water)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)

Instructions 

  • Wash and cut broccoli into bite-sized florets; dry thoroughly.
  • Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add red onion, sunflower seeds, and raisins to the dressing; stir gently.
  • Toss broccoli with the dressing until well coated.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
