(about 1 large cucumber (300g))

Instructions
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, jalapeño, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in herbs.
Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and cube. Add to bowl with cucumber.
Gently toss salad until evenly coated. Taste and adjust seasoning, add hot sauce if desired.
Notes
Use ripe avocados for best flavor and texture.
