Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion until translucent, then add red pepper, ginger, and garlic; cook until softened.
Add curry paste and salt; stir to combine. Pour in broth and simmer, scraping up bits.
Stir in basil leaves, lime juice, and coconut milk; bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add steak slices and cook until just done. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and serve with rice or greens. Enjoy!
