Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch Ginger (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch (for thickening)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions Green onions (sliced)

Instructions 

  • Cook salmon until golden and cooked through.
  • Simmer teriyaki sauce with garlic, ginger, and cornstarch until thickened.
  • Add broccoli to sauce, glaze salmon, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in some of the teriyaki sauce before cooking.
