A delicious and healthy bowl featuring perfectly seared salmon glazed with homemade teriyaki sauce, served over rice with fresh vegetables and flavorful toppings.

Instructions
Combine soy sauce, mirin, honey, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Simmer, add slurry, and thicken into a glaze.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear skin-side up in oil for 3-4 minutes, flip, brush with sauce, and cook until just done.
Assemble bowls with rice, salmon, avocado, edamame, cucumber, ginger, drizzle sriracha mayo, and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Feel free to customize toppings and spice level to taste.
