  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • to taste salt and black pepper (season to preference)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Cook salmon skin-side down for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook 4-5 more minutes.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
