A quick and cheesy one-pot taco pasta dish combining flavorful beef, cheeses, and pasta for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Cheese

Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)

Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
(or ¾ cup shredded cheese)
Ground Beef

Ground Beef (85% lean)
Other ingredients

Butter

Garlic (minced)

packet Taco Seasoning

Worcestershire sauce

Tomato paste

Beef broth

Chicken broth

Whole milk (at room temp)

can Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)

Medium pasta shells

Instructions
Shred cheeses and set aside at room temperature.
Cook and crumble ground beef; drain excess grease.
Melt butter, add garlic, and cook 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and pasta; bring to a boil. Add pasta, cover, and cook until tender. Stir halfway.
Reduce heat, stir in cheese until melted. Serve once desired consistency is reached.
Notes
Ensure cheese is near room temperature for smooth melting.
