Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Roast 2 cups of pecans on a baking sheet until lightly toasted, then cool and roughly chop.
Mix sweet potatoes with eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Transfer to prepared dish.
Combine flour and brown sugar for topping, cut in melted butter, then stir in toasted pecans. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes, then top with mini marshmallows and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra flavor, toast pecans before adding to the topping.
