Instructions
If using fresh corn, remove kernels from the cob.
Combine corn, chickpeas, avocado, red onion, bell pepper, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Whisk lime juice, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
Adjust seasonings, serve immediately or chill.
