A creamy and sweet coleslaw perfect as a side dish for picnics and barbecues.
Ingredients
Vegetables

shredded green cabbage
(about 1/2 medium head)

grated carrots
(about 2 medium carrots)
Dressing

mayonnaise

granulated sugar

apple cider vinegar

tsp
salt

black pepper
Instructions
Finely shred the cabbage and grate the carrots.
Whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine cabbage and carrots; pour dressing over and mix well.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tanginess if needed.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or apples.
