Instructions 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain excess fat.

  • Stir in shredded carrots and chopped red bell pepper, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a dash of red pepper flakes.
