Delicious and easy-to-make rice noodles tossed in a sweet chili garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Boil water and cook rice noodles according to package, then drain and rinse.
Heat sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
Add bell pepper and snap peas; stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
Stir in sweet chili and soy sauces, then add noodles and toss to coat. Remove from heat.
Mix in chopped green onions, garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
Notes
Adjust the spice level with more or less chili sauce as desired.
