Instructions
Cook pasta shells until al dente, then rinse with cold water and cool.
Sauté ground beef with diced onion and garlic, season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, and beef mixture in a bowl.
Stuff shells with cheese-beef mixture and arrange in baking dish, then top with sauce and cheese.
Cover with foil, bake until bubbly, then uncover and brown. Rest before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the stuffed shells rest for 10 minutes before serving.
