Ingredients
Pasta Salad Ingredients

pasta (any shape)

cooked corn kernels

red bell pepper, diced

jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

mayonnaise

sour cream

Instructions
Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Combine pasta, corn, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeno in a bowl. Pour dressing and toss gently.
Add cilantro, toss again, and adjust seasoning.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, grill the corn before adding it to the salad.
