Ingredients
Liquid Base
1cuplow-fat milk(or juice)
1/2cupstrawberry Greek yogurt(adds creaminess and protein)
Fruits
1frozen bananabanana(cut in chunks)
1.5cupsstrawberries(fresh or frozen)
Instructions
Place the milk and yogurt in a blender.
Add the banana chunks and strawberries on top.
Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds, adding more milk if needed.
Taste and add honey if desired, then blend briefly.
Notes
For a sweeter smoothie, add honey or agave syrup to taste.
