Ingredients

Liquid Base

  • 1 cup low-fat milk (or juice)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt (adds creaminess and protein)

Fruits

  • 1 frozen banana banana (cut in chunks)
  • 1.5 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions 

  • Place the milk and yogurt in a blender.
  • Add the banana chunks and strawberries on top.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds, adding more milk if needed.
  • Taste and add honey if desired, then blend briefly.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add honey or agave syrup to taste.
