Instructions
Combine strawberries, maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt; let sit 30 minutes at room temperature.
Stir again, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Whisk almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds; rest 10 minutes, then whisk again. Refrigerate overnight.
Stir both mixtures in the morning, taste, and adjust sweetness if needed.
