Instructions
Toss steak with cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Cook beef in hot oil until crispy, then set aside.
Stir-fry red pepper, broccoli, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes.
Mix lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and chilies; add to vegetables and simmer until slightly thickened.
Cook noodles until tender; drain.
Combine beef, noodles, and spring onions; toss and heat through. Serve garnished with chili flakes, chilies, and spring onions.
