Ingredients

  • 1 large green apple (Granny Smith = ideal)
  • 1 small celery stalk (optional, but awesome) (optional)
  • 0.5 lemon lemon (peeled)
  • 0.5 inch knob fresh ginger (optional) (optional)
  • as needed Cold water or ice (as needed)

Instructions 

  • Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  • Feed spinach, apple, celery, lemon, and ginger into your juicer or blend with water.
  • Add ice or chill before serving.
  • Strain if using a blender for a smooth juice.
