Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 lbs wild caught shrimp, (peeled, deveined + rinsed)

Cooking Oils

  • 2 tbs olive oil ((divided))

Sauces & Condiments

  • 2 tbs Sriracha sauce (hot sauce)
  • 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tsp honey

Vegetables

  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, (halved)
  • 1/4 red onion red onion, (fine dice)
  • 1 large cucumber, (diced small)
  • 1 large avocado, (sliced)

Herbs & Seasonings

  • 2 tbs fresh chives, (chopped)
  • 1 lime lime, (juiced)
  • to taste salt, paprika, dried oregano, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, Old Bay Seasoning

Grains

  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice

Instructions 

  • Prepare all ingredients and cook the shrimp last.
