Instructions
Marinate the beef with gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar for 10–15 minutes.
Cook ramen noodles in boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Grill the marinated beef in oil for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked and slightly charred.
In the same pan, simmer heavy cream, milk, and cream cheese until thickened; add chili flakes if desired.
Combine noodles with the sauce, then top with grilled beef, green onions, sesame seeds, and a soft-boiled egg if using.
Notes
For extra spice, add more chili flakes or sliced chili peppers.
