Ingredients

Chicken

  • 12 oz chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 80 ml hot sauce
  • 30 g unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 50 g shredded lettuce
  • 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
  • 60 ml ranch dressing
  • 50 g small carrot, julienned
  • 40 g celery stalk, thinly sliced

Instructions 

  • If needed, cook chicken by boiling for 12 minutes, then cool and shred.
  • Mix melted butter, hot sauce, and garlic powder; toss with shredded chicken.
  • Prepare vegetables and warm tortillas briefly.
  • Spread ranch dressing on tortillas, add chicken, lettuce, carrots, celery, and cheese.
  • Fold, roll, and cut wraps in half; optionally toast in skillet.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps seam side down in a hot skillet before serving.
