Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb Beef tips or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot Julienned carrot
  • 2 green onions Sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Chili Sesame Cream

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Cook rice and set aside.
  • Stir-fry beef with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until cooked.
  • Sauté broccoli and carrots until tender.
  • Mix sour cream with chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make chili sesame cream.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and drizzle with chili sesame cream. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust spice levels to taste and serve immediately for best flavor.
