A quick and flavorful seafood pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp in a lemon-garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 300 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Fats & Oils

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

Flavorings

  • ½ tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Herbs

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Pasta

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti, linguine, or fettuccine)

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then toss with cooked pasta. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or lemon zest if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
