Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook noodles as per package; drain.
Brown beef with onion; drain fat.
Mix beef, soup, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Combine with noodles, transfer to dish, top with cheese, and bake 25-30 mins.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a dash of paprika or hot sauce.
