Instructions
Preheat broiler to high and position rack 6 inches below heat.
Pat chicken dry, mix paprika, garlic powder, and salt; coat chicken evenly.
Brush baking sheet with 1 tbsp olive oil, arrange chicken, then brush or drizzle remaining oil on top.
Broil chicken for 7 minutes, flip, then broil another 7 minutes. Check for 160°F internal temp.
