1packetdry Italian dressing mix(0.7 oz.)
2teaspoonsItalian seasoning
116 oz.jar pepperoncini with juice(stems removed and sliced into 1" pieces)

Instructions
Optional: Sear the roast in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then deglaze with beef broth.
Add the roast to a slow cooker, sprinkle with Italian dressing mix and Italian seasoning, then add beef broth, sliced pepperoncini, and 1/2 cup of pepperoncini juice.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until tender.
Shred the cooked beef, then toast buttered rolls with cheese until melted. Assemble sandwiches with beef and peppers, serve hot.
Optional: Add giardiniera or serve with au jus for extra flavor.
