Instructions
Combine all seasonings in a small bowl.
Pat chicken dry, add to slow cooker with oil and seasoning, then stir to coat.
Add peppers and pour stock over, then cook on high for 2.5 hours.
Remove chicken, slice, then add cream cheese and whisk until melted. Stir in milk.
Return chicken and pasta, cook on high for 30 minutes until pasta is tender. Stir in Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
Notes
Ensure the pasta absorbs the sauce by cooking until tender, and adjust seasoning to taste.
