Ingredients

Meat

  • 3 pounds boneless beef short ribs
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
  • ½ cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions 

  • Place the beef short ribs in the slow cooker.
  • Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the ribs and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
  • Shred the beef and stir into the sauce before serving.
