Instructions
Cook pasta until tender, then drain and set aside.
Place chopped red onion and corn in a strainer over boiling water, then drain pasta over them to slightly cook.
Combine drained pasta, onion, corn, chopped bell pepper, and diced avocado in a large bowl and let cool.
Gently toss the ingredients with the ranch dressing until evenly coated.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
