6cupsgreens
2tablespoonschopped onions
1/4cupsliced tomatoes
1/4cupdiced cucumbers
1cupcooked black beans
1/4cupdiced avocado
1/4cupwhole kernel corn(Frozen Mexican-style street corn from Costco or Trader Joe's)
1/4cupshredded cheddar cheese
Spices & Seasonings
1teaspoonchili powder
1/2teaspooncumin
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoonsmoked paprika
1/2teaspooncayenne pepper(Optional for spicy, adjust to taste)
to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
Drizzle lime juice over shrimp and toss to coat.
