Enjoy flavorful and easy-to-make steak fajitas cooked on a sheet pan, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound sirloin steak or flank steak (sliced into ½ inch strips)
  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
  • 3 bell peppers bell peppers (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 lime lime (cut into wedges)
  • as needed Tortillas
  • as needed Salsa
  • as needed cilantro leaves

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Arrange steak, onions, and peppers on the sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with taco seasoning, and toss to coat. Add lime wedges.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are tender and steak is browned.
  • Squeeze lime over the cooked ingredients. Serve with tortillas, salsa, and cilantro.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak with seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
