A quick and flavorful sheet pan meal featuring sausage, peppers, and onions, perfect for an easy dinner.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound Italian sausage links

Vegetables

  • 3 bell peppers bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Other

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional sliced banana peppers or jalapeños for heat (optional)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice sausage and place on a sheet pan with peppers and onions.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle seasonings, and toss to coat.
  • Spread in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Remove from oven, rest for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

Feel free to add heat with jalapeños or banana peppers for extra flavor.
