purple cabbage, thinly sliced

Dressing

low sodium soy sauce

rice vinegar

olive oil

Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cool in fridge.
Combine pasta, vegetables, and green onion in a large bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients in a jar until smooth, then pour over salad and toss.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
Notes
Feel free to add more vegetables or adjust the dressing to taste.
