A delicious and easy-to-make salmon pasta dish with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a quick dinner.

Lemon

garlic, thinly sliced

Cream & Zest

heavy cream
zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon
lemon zest and juice
Garnish

fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Bake salmon with lemon slices at 400°F for 25 minutes.
Cook pasta until al dente; set aside.
Sauté garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in olive oil.
Add lemon juice, zest, pasta water, and cream; simmer until thickened.
Toss pasta in sauce, serve topped with salmon, lemon slices, and parsley.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
