Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve the tomatoes and toss with garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Spread tomatoes on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast for 45-60 minutes until caramelized.
